Quick and tasty meal

Try this basil fried rice recipe for a delicious homemade meal.

Basil fried rice


1 cup of cooked short grain rice

Handful of red amaranth leaves

Handful of fresh basil

1/2 tsp of green curry paste

Olive oil

2 sliced shallots

Cracked black pepper

Celery salt


Heat oil in pan. Add sliced shallots and celery salt.

Once shallots are softened, add in the rice.

Add the curry paste, some water, and the rest of the ingredients.

Sprinkle pepper and celery salt for extra taste, and serve.
